About Me

I am certified by the International Coaching Federation at the PCC level and hold additional certifications in the following modalities:

I have accumulated over 3,500 hours of 1:1 Coaching experience and have experience working with children, ages 7 and up, as well as Teens, Young Adults, Adults, and Seniors. 


I deeply value the process of connecting with individuals around their coaching goals and co-designing a path toward the life they envision. I provide a warm and accepting environment in which my clients can feel empowered to achieve their goals. As a classically trained and experienced Mental Health Coach, I hold a holistic view of wellness.


My role as a coach is to embody a mindset that is open, curious, flexible, and human-centered, helping my clients awaken to new awareness. Together, we will clarify the goals they want to achieve, create strategies to overcome the inevitable setbacks that will arise and cultivate new rhythms and practices that will foster greater flexibility and fulfillment through all the ups and downs of life.


Powerful Coaching helps individuals realize and harness the power they hold to skillfully face challenges and achieve the long-lasting success they desire. My hope is that each of my clients leaves coaching feeling unblocked, inspired, and equipped with evidence-based principles and practices that are proven to support well-being. It won’t be easy, and at times it won’t be fun, but when my clients are committed to the work, I am committed to helping them make their dreams come true.

I live in Central California with my husband, two beautiful children, and our rescue dogs Kona and Mana.  In my free time, I enjoy volunteering in my community, traveling, kayaking, skiing, and vegan cooking with my family and friends.

I am a skilled, empathetic, symphonic listener who offers a warm and accommodating style of coaching.  I focus on a 4-step methodology of partnering with you to clarify your goal, dream or desire, what barriers might be in your way, and what strengths you possess to help you reach your desired outcome.

The commitment you make is up to you.  During our first session, we can discuss your goals and I can assist you in deciding how many sessions you would like and how often you would like to meet. If at any point you want to shorten or lengthen our time together, this option is available to you.
