This Mindfulness Practice allows you to find comfort in the midst of troubling circumstances or heightened emotions. 

Body Scan

This is a Body Scan Mindfulness Practice created to bring relaxation from head to toe. 

Square Breaths

This Mindfulness Practice leads you through a breathing exercise called Square Breaths. This practice is especially useful in times of anxiety, stress, or anger.
